Register NOW for the 2017 Festival

The 2017 West Virginia Black Heritage Festival will be held
September 8th, 9th and 10th
in Downtown Clarksburg


Rates for 2017 festival are as follows:

Space (10'x10').......$125 (any space above 10'x10' is a second space)

Electricity.......$35 (Additional hookup $10.00)

Water.......$20


FESTIVAL REQUIREMENTS
-  All trailer vendors must submit a photo by August 1st.
-  All balances due by August 1st.
-  Food vendors must adhere to Harrison County Food Handlers Regulations.
-  Festival will supply 110 volts of electricity
-  All other hookups are vendor's responsibility
-  Food vendors are required to have 50 ft. water hose
-  The WVBHF cannot be responsible for any theft or damages
-  All vendors must use heavy duty extension cords
-  Absolutely NO vendor application will be accepted after August 31st.


SET-UP
On Friday,Sept. 8th, may set-up after 6pm .
On Saturday, Sept. 9th, set-up starts at 8am...must be completed by 10am.

The Festival committee will be selling T-shirts.
Sizes Small through XXL shirts are $20.00.
